The course provides hands on training on Qualitative Data Collection and Sources of Big Data. It uses Nvivo Tool (Thematic Analysis) to impart hands on training to participating executives. It also trains executives on Microsoft Power BI which enables them to make effective decisions. Executives learn tools like Data Analysis Expressions i.e. DAX, Automated Reporting, and Data Visualization.
This is an extremely useful, high impact tool which is equally useful for mid-career and senior business executives. This course trains executives on the eight critical steps essential for effective Go To Market Strategy, Tools and Tactics.
This course looks at price from a very different angle. Comparing two different approaches to pricing, namely Discrete Choice Modeling and Dynamic Competitive Modeling, the course trains executives on rice setting from an innovative angle. The course helps participants identify optimal price across different channels. It enables executives make SKU continuance, SKU discontinuance and SKU alteration Decisions. This sophisticated, tool-based pricing training sets the participating executives apart as they learn dynamics of pricing in a novel way.
Keeping in mind the importance of innovation in customer value, this course is designed for business executives responsible for creating customer value through innovative pricing. Participants learn how to transform customer value by setting price at different points across value chain. They learn how to revolutionize customer value and profit simultaneously.
